How To Wake Up Positive And Happy

 If you wake up grumpy there are ways to change that. How you wake up sets the tone for your day, and who doesn’t want a happy one? Tweaking your nighttime routine is the key. “Huffington Post” asked experts for their input and here’s the list of tips they came up with:

  • Take an evening walk
  • Put your phone down, ideally in another room
  • Take a warm bath (or shower) - don’t make it hot
  • Do a body scan. “Check in” with each part of your body
  • Reflect on the day and the progress you made
  • End your day with gratitude

Ending the day on a positive note will help you wake up appreciative of the day ahead!
